Many years ago I used to have a drawing of a woman tied down spread-eagle to the ground at a beach, but I lost it when one of my PCs died.
She was either in a bikini or underwear (I think either pink or white) and her t-shirt and jeans were disgarded next to her. I believe her wrists and ankles were tied down to the sand by pegs of some kind. There wasn't technically any tickling but there was at least one feather sat down next to her. It was in colour and drawn in a realistic (non-cartoonish) style.
