Looking for a furry toon by Chadpet

Hi all.

I am looking for a toon that I once saw on the internet in the mid 90s but had neglected to save. It was of two humanoid horses, a male horse tickling a female horse from behind. The female horse had on a high cut outfit and was half collapsing from the tickle torment.

If anyone can help me find it or post it here, I would be eternally grateful.
