Looking for a Japanese manga (sort of)

Looking for a Japanese comic drawn in less of a manga style and more of a traditional Japanese art style.

The premise, if I remember correctly, is a man has a woman bound. I think the man is a sheriff and he is tickling her pussy with a paint brush. Not sure if I saw it here or in an old yahoo group.
