Looking for a specific tickle fiction......

A couple of years ago I found a story floating around on the web about a race of vampires that kept tickle slaves. I never got to finish the story and haven't been able to find it. Is anyone here familiar with it? Is it in the stories section here somewhere? Any help is appreciated.
