I think this lady is a lawyer or something she is interrogated with tickling, before she is tickled she is asked if she is ticklish and she says she isnt. Then she is told she will be tickled anyway but if she is lying she will be tickled twice as long, after this she cracks and admit she is. Then after being tickled she starts getting excited and they put there fingers inside her feeling she is like a furnace. So they decide to bring her to the edge for 8 hours straight.
