There was a story that I remember reading a while ago; I believe that it was called "How To Succeed In Business". It was about a salesman who made a deal with his boss that if he doubled his quota, he would be able to massage her feet. Also, if he beat his quota by a factor of ten, then he could tickle her feet as well. Needless to say, the salesman reached both quotas.
