looking for a story

This story was a kind of surreal baby sitter story. I don't remember much of, only bits and pieces. It involved a girl babysitting for 2 kids, one girl and one boy. The kids had some sort of magical powers, such as making feathers fly up and tickle the baby sitter. The sitter's nipples were the most often targeted tickle spot. Also, I remember a talking teddy bear in the story, I think named Teddy Ruxpin. This was a long, multi part story. Any help?
