Looking for a tickle facility story

I found a story on deviantart a few years back titled "generic tickle facility pov #___"
the underscores are placeholders I added because the true titled contained random numbers following the #
The story itself was very long detailing intensive tickle torture through variety of things such as spinning brushes, mechanical hands, etc. As well as the story having premise of being on a line waiting their turn as they are retrained being moved through the facility and tickling stations.

The story seemingly doesn't exist on deviantart anymore and searching on the internet has not helped. If anyone has any information that would be much appreciated

The interactive elements no longer function so you'll have to "find in page" to use it but I've been planning on recontructing it for some time for public use.

It was either never finished or some of it is missing but this is the most complete version I know of:
