Hey,

I am looking for a woman aged 18-35 in the Baltimore/Washington area that is into tickling. I am not really looking for a romantic relationship, so looks are not really important, but however that may change as we get to know each other.

Well, my motto is never give up, but I'd be lying if I said that I've had much success as it pertains to Baltimore. I'm sure they're out there. Just haven't really made themselves known around here just yet. 😉
