looking for a very old story

I'm looking for a story I read years ago, about a tall British Police Woman who was on the trail of a thief but instead fell victim to a nasty old hag who tricked her then senselessly tortured her nylon feet and legs.

This story was from way back, but hopefully someone may remember it.

Not sure if the Rusalka story is the one you're after but it does happen to be one of my favourites as it involves the sadistic tickling of the delicious Dana Scully.

Thanks guys, the 'Rusalka' think does seem kind of familiar, it was that long ago I can't really remember.
There was also a gathering of old Women and some kind of ritual involving a Lady being sexually tickled in public, whether this actually involved the Policewoman I'm yet again at a loss to recall.

I'll keep looking but you're probably right in thinking it's been removed.
