looking for a video that's long lost on the internet

Good afternoon forum. I'm searching for a long, long lost video. I tried searching for this on my own for a while and I don't know if it still exists.

At the very beginning, the camera is focused on pair of black/purple(?) striped socks in stocks.
The woman is heavily resisting the tickler(s?) taking the socks off, but eventually they get forced off
Somewhere halfway in the video the tickler asks questions like "What's so funny?" and/or "Why are you laughing?"

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
