Looking for an old story

I've been trying to find an old story with no luck so far.

I remember it involved a girl at a private school or some other such institution who gets in trouble and gets tickled by the head mistress as punishment. As part of the arrangement with the school her mother also has to come in and get tickled, which is a surprise to the daughter.

I remember the mother was an alumni, and I believe the tickler/mistress was vaguely asian. She may have been called Mistress or Madam?
