...and having no luck finding it.

It was about a kink party (possibly Halloween) where a cute Asian girl is tricked into a set of stocks and a curtain is drawn, obscuring her but leaving her feet exposed. People walking by are encouraged (I forget if there was a sign or not) to tickle her feet. Behind the curtain, her random reactions are priceless.

So, does anyone else remember this, or am I just going loopy again?
