Have you tried Amazon? I have seen the Vampire Hunter D there for Blue Ray.

Yes and I've found some of the things I'm looking for on Blu-Ray on Amazon but I often have issues with that website as sometimes it's not mentioned in the description where or not the product is indeed Blu-Ray and even then the person selling the product can lie about it.
