Looking for exercise tickling story

Hello everyone! I hope you won't mind if I ask about the story of a girl being tied-up in a gym equipment. Her hands were tied with weights on them. She was able to pull her arms down with the weights at first but as the story went on, her arms became weak to pull the weights. There was part in the story where the guy tickles her inner thighs and despite the fact of being not able to pull her arms down anymore, she managed to do it because it is her most ticklish spot.

Please I really want to find that story again. Please please please.
