I'm looking for an FM/M interrogation scene.
the scene starts with a man who is captured and must be interrogated.
the man says to the woman "we will make him sing like a canary".
the woman takes a feather and begins to tickle the man.
I think it's a Naked Gun type movie but I've never actually found it.
