hey I'm new to this whole thing but i decided to give it a shot because i just got my liscense and am willing to travel for a little bit. (not to far so like i said bay area)

i have never been tickled before (and dont know if i am) and never really got the chance to tickle someone, so i kind of just want to know if there is anyone out there close to the bay area who might be interested in some playful tickling at the very least
