It was definitely a commercial video that got distributed many many years ago, but i remember the storyline pretty vividly:
- There was a brunette claiming she was not ticklish and a blonde-ish girl trying to prove her wrong. She starts tickling her with little reactions but the brunette slowly starts cracking. Then the blonde girl's brother (at least he was her brother in the video) comes and helps her tickle the brunette and finally the brunette cracks. It was a pretty popular video back then but i dont seem to be able to find it anywhere and i dont remember the company or the title.
