Can someone point me where i can download a free winrar?? i've been looking but all i could find are sites there i gotta enter my cell # to get a password to get it oe something just as rediculous...appreciate the help

If you only need to open RAR archives and not create them, www.tugzip.com and www.7-zip.org both offer free legal software that can handle RAR files.
