"Looong" clips (not without irony)

- 3 mins for opening a page
- 2 mins before the download starts (until the window for saved filename and location open)
- 8 secs for the download (with ADSL connection)
- 2 mins until the download window closes (blocked at the last second before the download is completed)

Waiting more than 7 mins for a download that needs 8 secs only.
Why this forum is so slow, today ? Or maybe ADSL isn't really necessary ?

Try using a different browser like Opera or Firefox; the long times for loading the pages have been associated with IE. I have the same problem, though it only takes long to load thread pages, not forums and subforums.
