This may have already been asked before and if so I apologize, but has any experienced that if they lost weight, they became more ticklish? I’ve experienced this before especially in the stomach area.

I've heard that the amount of nerve endings you have corresponds to the amount of skin you have. And that the amount even increases when you gain weight. But that when you lose weight you don't loose the extra nerve endings meaning more nerve endings per square inch of skin also meaning you'd be more ticklish. I've heard this from a couple different places but I've never gotten confirmation from a dermatologist or anything like that.

I recently hit my 100 lbs lost milestone, and I personally haven't noticed any major changes, but I'm definitely curious about how it could affect ticklishness!

No. There's no correlation between weight loss and ticklishness. Someone size has no determination on how ticklish they'll be.
