If you have access to the series The Borgias, there's a short scene where Lotte Verbeek's character Giulia Farnese is tickled by Alexander VI (Jeremy Irons).
In the scene, Alexander VI is in bed with Giulia, and he's trying to explain Italian politics using her leg. Naples is described as her calf, and he goes down to the boot of Italy, nibbling her heel, and it ends with her sole getting stroked as she gives a short giggle.
I don't know how to put a clip here, but the scene is in Season 1, Episode 6 at about the 19:03 mark.

I do remember that scene. They went pretty hard with the foot scenes with her.
