There is a wrestler named Lovely Miss Larkin who uses a crazy therapist character who sometimes tickles her opponents. She uses it in matches and even promo videos. She posted one on her Instagram where she tickles a female wrestler and Mick Foley walks in as Dude Love. Also many videos where she tickles wrestlers laying across her knee.

Yeah there are a few through OVW. She hits opponents with a back breaker and then tickles. Not the best but it is there

Seems Miss Larkan has an OF in the link tree as well. Doubtful that it's what's in there. But it would be nice if there were just a bunch of videos of female independent wrestlers having their tummies tickled by her on there. Needed like at least an extra 2 minutes of that poor girl getting it lol
