I am a huge harry potter fan. I really really love the sries. I had an epiphany watching the last installment of the movies, goblet of fire and i just wanted to share a little hint that i think i got from the writer. I think taht lucious malfoy willl turn out to be in the grand scheme of things to be the last of the ministry of magics spies that were converted from voldomorts rule and that all along in the series he has been actually ooking after and helping harry potter. It just all fit a little bit too well to see him in a death dealer outfit at the end. I got the idea when they mentioned that proffessor snape used to be a death dealer and went back to spy on you know who as a help to the ministry. this is jsut a little plot twist that i think i can see coming. I havent read the books so dont get mad if i am like completely wrong or it already happened, but i just thought it was a kind of coo interpretation of context clues

I'm more paying attention to the dumbledore/snape thing. Something more is going on there I think!

I think there are 2 options here. Either there was a really good reason for dumbledore trusting Snape so much, which to be honest seems a bit out of character for JKR's writing, or Dumbledore is still alive, and Snape is realy a good guy.

No spoilers here, just advice. I think you're doing yourself a disservice by not reading the books. The movies are great and all but really they're more of a suppliment. If you enjoy the story you're going to get a LOT more out of the books.
The bad thing about seeing the movies before reading the books is that the mental images of people and places are all created for you. You never have the chance to imagine how things look for yourself.
I've read through book 6 and seen all the movies. If I've learned anything so far it's that I can't take anything for granted. Things could always fly in any direction.

i've got to get friends with good taste... years ago my friends told me that the whole Final Fantasy series was very lame, but boy was i wrong! they said the same about the whole Potter deal, but i'm starting to think i'm missing out on something very, very, good. yall speak volumes about potter, and i've read his books or movies, but i think i'll watch the movies in order one day from blockbuster...

I have to agree with Snape being on the side of good LK. She pointed the finger far too early in the book at Snape being a double crosser. It just did'nt make sence to have him rejoin the death eaters that early in the story. As for Dumbledore...some say yea, he's really dead since they hung a photo of him in the office. Again though I question the fact that a child or even Snape could kill who was supposed to be the greatest wizzard living ever. In anycase it will be interesting to see how she decides to finish off the series.

Anyway, we had a brainstorm on the topic on one of Nessy's threads, I think it was called something like "Harry Potter Fans Thread" or something.... I've reread all the books after movie 4, and I remembered something; *SPOILER, REAL ONE HERE!!!!* It was snape who called the Order of the Phoenix to help Harry out in the Ministry of Magic; if he didnt, harry would have been caught by Voldemorts Death EATERS (not death dealers😛). So, if Snape really is with Voldemort, why did he do that?
