Came across a video called "Lucy Hale Ticklish Pedicure", which shows her having a possible ticklish reactions to a foot scrub.
Looks like its from one of her legit social media accounts, I can't tell if that's her in the video or shes the one taking the video. So if its not her nobody yell at me.
