The M*A*S*H episode entitled Dear Ma , in which there is a foot inspection, is airing at 5 AM on TVLand. In this episode, Hawkeye is given the task of inspecting the feet of his fellow soldiers. He finds out, while inspecting, that Colonel Potter (Harry Morgan) is ticklish.
 
I have all 11 seasons of this show on DVD so I'm familiar with all the tickle references. I wish there could've been more tickle scenes with the Hot Lips character as the focal point. Lorretta Switt played that character great!

Hot Lips did say "the word" twice, got a foot inspection from Hawkeye, and arguably got her toes tickled by Frank Burns in an early episode. Better than nothing!
 
i can remember seeing that when i was channel flicking, and i couldnt believe my luck.
