I don't know if he's a real neurologist or not, but that is what is done to test stroke victims (I had a mild one about six years ago)...

yeah i know its called a babinski reflex..it just seemed like they were joking around thats why i called it pretend anyway i still like it obviously shes really ticklish

I'm uncertain if that was for real or just an act, either way it's a fun clip! You could tell she was extremely ticklish long before he even got near her feet.
