What video is this from?

This is from a series of about 26 clips (originally named SOAA-01 - SOAA13; and SOAB01-SOAB13 I think). The scenarios deal with pyshcologists who use tickling in couples therapy and/or counsel a tickler etc. The clips are exceptional. Does anyone know what video this is from. I was told once that the "SOA" was an acronym for a company name "Soles of America" but I have never seen that company before or since. Any know the name of this video?
