On the way to a big sale for bed sheets that Thelma Todd and Zasu Pitts go to, they get pulled over by a police man. To get out of trouble for speeding, Thelma Todd lies and says Zasu Pitts is the daughter of the police lieutenant. The cop believes them and ends up accompanying them into the crowded store. In the crowd they all get split up and the cop decides to tickle woman's sides from behind to get through the crowd. The 4th girl he tickles ends up being Thelma Todd but unfortunately, unlike the other ladies he tickles, she doesn't laugh. She just gets real angry and punches him. Real hilarious scene. The way the cop acts when he tickles is so funny. Here's the link to the clip:
