I stumbled into a website some time back where people were sharing all sorts of porn, tickling stuff included. I was happily downloading like everyone on this board does, and thought that maybe I should share a little too. So I put up a single god damned video. One fucking video. The next day, I got an email from the guy who made said video, absolutely fuming, saying he was going to ruin me if I didn't take it down. So I did. I totally fucking did. I was polite about it and everything. But that wasn't enough for this dick. No. Not by a long shot. He comes back swearing up and down how he was going to take me for every penny I was worth over this one stupid video. And you know what? He did. He seriously fucking did. My lawyer tried to explain in court that according to the DMCA I did everything right. First, he wasn't supposed to contact me about the infringement, he should have written to the website administrators. Second, the DMCA says that the copyright owner asks to have the material taken down, and if it is, then that's the end of it. You don't get sued if you're not profiting off of the material, which I FUCKING WASN'T! But this stupid, moronic, ancient old man of a judge didn't understand a single god damned thing about the internet. So I lost. Hard.

This asshole took me to court, and he won. He totally fucking won. Now, I've lost my job, my house, my car, and even my family has abandoned me over this whole shit storm. Since it was porn that I shared, the judge saw fit to have my name added to the official sex offender registry. So in addition to having nothing and no one now, I'll also be thought of as a pedophile everywhere I go for the rest of my god damned life.

This isn't about guilt or innocence anymore. It's completely absurd now. So far beyond reason and rational reality. And I can't do a single fucking thing about it. I'M ON THE FUCKING SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY OVER THIS SHIT!!! I no world does what is happening to me qualify as anything near reasonable or deserved. Everything I owned is gone, to pay off this total god-complex toting asshole. And he still has a lien against me. He's not going to get another single penny though. I'm all for producers combating piracy - if the companies go out of business, we tickle lovers, ESPECIALLY pantyhose tickle lovers, will have nothing, since girls don't wear stockings anymore. Ever. And I've had a artist friend or two who had their artwork illegally copied and sold....in China, go figure! Home of the virus/malaware creators and rampant piracy. So believe me...I totally feel your pain. Shit, I hope, maybe, possibly, to start my own clip store one day, and know how ticked off piracy would make me.

yea, this is total horseshit. You would not get sued for sharing a video. The video will just be taken down and your name will get banned from dailymotion or youtube. Happens all the time. Furthermore, you can't be labeled as a sex offender for watching porn. That isn't illegal and it definitely does not make a person a threat to society.
