In the Chinese film “The Troublemakers” Maggie Q plays a woman who is traumatized and becomes catatonic. She senses nothing. About the middle of the movie her roommate / boyfriend at one point tries to get through to her via tickling. He pulls out the tiniest, flimsiest feather ever and waves it briefly in her face and under her nose. No reaction. So he lifts up her bare foot and wiggles it lightly, briefly against her sole. Again, no reaction.
I call it semi-tickling because there is not only no reaction, but honestly, the feather is so light and airy that it wouldn’t tickle the most sensitive person they way the actor was using it. I just wanted to list it because it implies the intent of tickling, and it does look rather sensual, one shot framing Maggie’s face and the sole of her foot as a feather wriggles across it's surface. Just no reaction.
Later the same character washes Maggie’s bare feet and legs, if you like that kind of thing. For example, I do.
Screen caps to come soon. And by screen caps I mean I’ll be shooting some of the images off of my TV screen with my digital camera since I am ghetto like that.
