Not sure what video you got to see, but when I put the link in it popped up as two teenagers doing a saw in half trick with no tickling involved. Actually, if you go on youtube and type in saw in half, there are a ton of clips on there that have magicians giving the assistants feet a light tickle. I should've become a magician's assistant...lol.
