This was that old FOX show back in the day where the magician shows how magic tricks are done.
Anyway, during the trick there is a lot of tickling to prove her hands and feet were real.
Been looking for this clip forever, but unfortunately I can only find the second half, which doesn't show that much, but oh well. Maybe someone can find the whole thing.
