Hi everyone and Happy New Year,

Over the course of the fall, as some of you will have noticed, I slowed down the pace of my new releases to match the generally slower pace of the economy. One advantage of that (to counter the many disadvantages 😉)was that I was able to re-examine my process for putting out videos, and I noticed that it was getting slower as my catalog expanded. I take customer service very seriously and I wanted to see if I could at least stop the decay.

I took a step back and looked at the problem from a new angle and had some really startling insights, which enabled me to completely transform the process I use to get videos to customers.

The result has been so dramatic that I am able to now promise that orders placed online for delivery within the continental US will be delivered within 7(seven) days.

• To back that up, I'm going to give away a 50% coupon every time I fail to meet that deadline
  
• The reason I don't extend that to all customers everywhere is that outside the continental US the Post Office's delivery isn't so reliable that I want to bet my own money on their performance 😉
  
• However, I do guarantee with the same promise that all orders placed online will be postmarked within 48 hours of being made, which probably still means 7 days for Alaska and Hawaii.

Jeff, I applaude the fact that you've taken the time to examine your customer service...an overlooked aspect of business by some companies. I know the crap you went through with the last one, and you know something?

It was still worth the wait.

Just thought I'd say I ordered a tape during the final days of the "12 days of Christmas" sale and it got to me within a week. So it seems whatever changes you made are working fine. Thank you for the speedy service, and I'm sure I'll love the tape.
