Mainstream? - Band 'Drugstore' female lead singer

This is a scan from the CD booklet of Drugstore's album 'White Magic For Lovers' which seems to show the lead singer, one Isabel Monteiro, being tickled by at least one other member of the band.

Hey Travis, great pic, thanks for posting this!

In the inner sleeve for (at least the vinyl version of) Fleetwood Mac's "Tusk", there's a similar shot of the beautiful Stevie Nicks seemingly being tickled very much like this one....savagely with what looks to be helpless, "caught", hysterical laughter. Don't know if it's in the cds but if you ever see an vinyl copy somewhere, look on the inner sleeve, it's a great photo!

That is a totally cool find! It looks convincing enough, with the speccy ler and Madamé Monteiro's expressions. I've heard of Drugstore quite a while back. Worked with Radiohead's Thom Yorke, I believe. But that's another story...

great find
though it dose remind me of a thing i saw a few months back
i was on a bus going to work cause my car was a the garage getting the engine fixed, when we came to a red light i looked out the window and i was at a CD store and guess what i seen, on the front cover of a CD there was a woman flashing her feet on the top half and a side view of the feet with a finger stroking the feet on the bottom part (it was one of those split the page covers)

I didn't see the pic on that site......it's on the INNER sleeve of the vinyl version of the album.....it's a big picture and it's the only one on that side of the sleeve, it can't be missed! If I knew someone with a scanner (here in NYC!), I'd scan it for everyone (along with a ton of other stuff in my collection!). Maybe someone else has it and can do it....it was a pretty popular album!
