mainstream clip i think 0.o

i was browsing youtube while back and i found this mainstream clip well i think it's mainstream.

the lee is tied hands behind her back blindfolded and sitting on a chair, her ankles are tied together as well as her big toes tied as well resting on a stool and the ler (also the camera guy) tickles her for a good 40 seconds or so,

anyone know if it's a clip from a vid or is it mainstream?
