Hey gang. I'm a F/M fan who's also into giantess stuff. Below are some mainstream clips I've come across where a giantess pokes or tickles her tiny companion with her finger. I'm always on the lookout, so please reply with any other clips you know of with this rare trope:
CMG Commercial – A 50 ft woman pokes her finger through an apartment window to tickle the chest and armpits of her normal-sized boyfriend. The little guy seems to be enjoying himself…until she knocks the wind out of him. (tickling from 0:40 to the end)

L’oreal Commercial – A normal-sized Natalia Vodianova discovers some tiny cartoon women in a box who are ready to help her recolor her hair. She gives one of the gals a quick tummy tickle before picking her up. (tickling from 0:09 to 0:11)
O Beijo do Vampiro TV Episode – A normal-sized witch shrinks her nemesis down to the size of an action figure. She inches up to him, taunting him with baby talk, before gleefully tickling his belly. The witch also hovers her wiggling finger above the guy before tickling, which is a nice touch. Unfortunately, there is no YouTube video of this one anymore, but maybe this'll be enough for people to go off of.
Pikmin 3 Commercial – The tiny Pikmin characters invade a normal-sized couple’s house. After the two humans talk to a yellow Pikmin, the woman gently pokes the creature’s belly with her finger, knocking it onto its bum. (tickling from 0:47 to 0:52)
Round1 Commercial – Two normal-sized women poke and tickle a shrunken wrestler-turned-keychain. Through his cackling, he protests and tries to fight off the fingers to no avail. I wonder if the women can even hear him? No YouTube link for this one either, sadly.
The Real Talk Show – Brandon Routh shrinks while sitting next to some normal-sized, female hosts, who all react in amazement. Most of note is the host on his right, who keeps jabbing his side with her finger. (tickling from 2:59 to 3:06)
This Morning Talk Show – This time, the shrunken guest is Dermot O’Leary. The normal-sized, female host asks if she can tickle him. With his permission, she fingers his side, sending them both giggling. (tickling from 0:20 to 0:27)
“Watch Out” Music Video – A giant scientist holds a normal-sized race car driver, who’s just opened a squirting bottle of champaign to celebrate his victory, in the palm of her hand. Wanting a taste, the scientist scrapes some of the champaign off of the driver with her finger and puts it into her mouth. Not sure if this counts as tickling, but if she did that to me, I’d be a giggling mess! (tickling from 3:34 to end)
