Spider-Man's wife, Mary Jane Parker (or is it Mary Jane Watson-Parker?) got it once. I think if you look far enough back on this forum, that there's a pic of it.
She also got him once, too...he kind of let her, though..he could've easily avoided it since his "spider-sense" was detecting it (yes, the "spider-sense" is activated even by the "threat" of a simple tickling. lol), and he has that spider-like agility, reflexes, etc.
I don't have a picture of it...but I might one day..darnit, I should've kept that issue of Spider-Man not just because of the tickling...but in it he also explains to MJ exactly how his powers work. More interesting than you'd think. lol
