That looks like a guy in drag to me. Besides, in the body-switching movies I've seen the person has the voice of his or her new body (i.e., Lindsay Lohan's character still sounded like Lindsay, we were just supposed to understand that the soul of Jamie Lee Curtis' character resided in her from what she said and how she acted).
