Mainstream Find French Tv show called Kaboum (M/F and some brief M/M Feather tickling feet)

I briefly understand what is going on here thanks to YouTube captions.
A Superheroine has been captured in a villains lair and seems to be used as some sort of bait to the main heroes, occasionally the main villain is taunting the captured lady by tickling her barefeet with a feather and tries the feather briefly on the barefoot of his frankenstein looking assistant, they both seem to ticklish.

Her laughter is so great, wish that bad guy tickled her a bit more (and for longer). One of the better /f tickle torture scenes I've seen
