A hypnotist appeared on a Tennessee radio station demonstrating his techniques. He used his powers on one of the DJ's, a guy named Marc Anthony. After putting him through some initial paces, the hypnotist enlists the use of a feather on the unsuspecting DJ.

The "tickling" occurs around the 2:30 mark.
