So, Karin is a fairly lighthearted manga about a family of vampires: the Markers. This image comes from a storyline involving a strange vampire girl who has shown up in the Marker's territory for mysterious reasons. The family has captured her and are interrogating her... but the head of the household is kindly/squeamish and so they are having to be creative with their mystically controlled bats...
