It's from a movie called "I'll Be Suing You", with Patsy Kelly as the ticklee.

Whoa, good find Tickleking! Someone wondered in another post if this scene was stolen from the Little Rascals short. Unless I'm mistaken the Patsy Kelly shorts were made at Hal Roach Studios, same place as little rascals (and WAY OUT WEST, that Laurel and Hardy short where Stan got tickled silly). Once again one has to wonder (as with Popeye and the 3 Stooges) if someone on staff wasn't a 'phile.

At first I thought this would be the earliest "talkie" tk mainstream */F scene, but it looks like the old Tarzan movie came out two years before.

Does anybody know of an earlier one? */F only, please.
