Mainstream Tickling Sighting On TV last night

Last night I was hanging out with one of my friends at a bar and was pretty hammered so I can not remember the specifics of the show. It was real late about close to 2 in the morning and the night was slowing down and some stupid movie or show was on tv. There was one scene that showed some kind of strange monster or ugly guy, can not quite remember since I was wasted, but I know I was not imagining it. Anyway they showed an upclose shot of the ugly person grabbing some guys foot and tickling it aggressively for about 30 seconds. My friend was like "what the hell is that" We both were laughing about it. It was a strange show. It is not my cup of tea the tickling they showed, but I thought I would share it with the group to see if anyone else might have seen it and knew what it was about.
