I posted how last October I had a TIA. (Mini/Minor stroke) at such point I was 206 lbs, and my BP was out of sight.
Since then, I have experienced memory loss, falls, sleepless nights, and ups and downs.
I have experienced the scare of my life as far as my health
I knew that I had to do one thing, make major changes, or, face an early demise.
It has mostly been the right direction since. I am now seeing a cardiologist.
Except for one brief period, where I gained back several points, I have lost 16 lbs, and my BP has significantly dropped.
I went for a blood test on Wednesday. My BP was a very good 122 over 82, taken only once. Weight was 190 lbs. I await the blood test results, and will be meeting with the Dr on 7-24.
I have far more energy, and everyone says how much better I look.
For probably the most important time in my life, I was really, really frightened about my health, but decided. "Its now or never"
My neurologist , who dropped the bomb on me about the TIA, said. "You are to blame for this, Mitch, it's me, myself, and I, no one else"
Hopefully, the blood test results will be decent, I will keep walking in the right direction, and my health will continue to improve
