Marco's Renfaire DVDs >:(

Hey there!
Well, I ordered the summer 2000 renfaire from Marco for 50€ (thats, ummm... dont know. 45$ or something like that, a lot of money for me). Well, it took awhile, but I got them and everything was great. I watched the first dvd, GREAT! Nice quality, nice ticklees (some not so nice, but they were all okay)... And then the DVD stopped. Around 58 minutes, on a, dont know, 3 hour DVD or something. SHIT! I tried every single software dvd player on the net and it always stops there! I tried to rip the dvd... Nothing. I tried to exclude the first hour... Nothing. I tried that with every single hour. Nothing. The DVD is DEAD beginning at minute 58. I tried the second DVD and it was exactly the same. Minute 58, and now I'm pretty sad and annoyed. I wrote Marco and he doesnt answer since 2 weeks or even 3. Great, isn't it? What should I do? Marco is a nice guy but that was too much money for "a mistake"!

Those damn Italians!!! Getting this problem fixed to your satisfaction will be difficult. Be patient, and good luck.

He answered and sends the dvd again without any charge. He's a nice guy after all 😉
