This reminds me of a "Wheel of Fortune" scene I remember seeing as a kid back in the 80s. Pat Sajack was teasing Vanna White and at one point he removed her shoe and tickled her stocking foot. It was quick but left a deep impression on my young mind. I haven't seen it in decades though and haven't been able to find a clip of it. I'm hoping it turns up eventually.
