Married with Children season 3

Does anyone know what the hold up is on Season 3 on DVD? Season 2 was released in March and this is almost November. Just curious as DVD sets are usually released fairly quickly these days. The first three seasons of Seinfeld are due for release in November. I'm thinking there may be some kind of legal hangup since Katey Segal left the show briefly then returned - but I don't think that happened until later in the series. There was a similiar problem with Seinfeld because the cast wasn't getting the proper payment from the DVD release and Seinfeld had to get it straightened out. That's why the series is just now being released.
