A while back, I decided I wanted to find an understanding massage provider with skillful hands, body knowledge and willingness to emphasize tickling in a massage session. On the flip side of that coin, there are plenty of so-called "therapists" on Craigslist and Backpage offering all manner of gratification services up to outright prostitution.
