In the 19th episode of Master of Mosquiton '99 we get a short nice armpit tickling scene. Apparently the crazy old man thinks tickling will suffice to get Mosquiton, Frankie, and Ookami to talk about the O-Part. To see the pics go here:

Its not available dubbed, and I only got this via Hong Kong import, so its not to be confused with ADV's OAV release of Master of Mosquiton on tapes, they do have the rights though.
